The following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the order exclusively apply to the business relations between the Concordia press club and the buyer of tickets for the ball. We only acknowledge any terms to the contrary if we expressly agree to them in writing.
2. Contract conclusion
2.1. Your order is an offer to us to conclude a purchase agreement, which becomes binding to you when the order is transmitted. Tickets for the ball can be ordered directly online, but also by phone, in writing or by email. However, the contract is only valid when the ball offices confirm your order.
2.2. We are also entitled to only accept parts of orders.
2.3. Online orders of ball tickets are only possible if all mandatory fields have been completed. Before the order is sent, the customer is shown a summary of his order.
3. Seating requests
If you would like to sit with your friends or if you have any other special needs, please tell us directly. The ball offices will do their best to take these into account. Tables are available for 4 or 8 people; seats at tables are only sold in sets of 2 seats, with no exceptions.

4.1. All given prices are inclusive of any deductions. Delivery and postal costs are charged separately as stated.
4.2. The purchase price can be paid in cash at the box office, on account or by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB).
4.3. The purchased tickets are only provided or sent after the amount due has been paid.
4.4. The Concordia press club does not accept liability for any damages resulting from the commissioned bank not carrying out the payment correctly and/or for documents lost in the post. In particular, the press club does not accept liability for delivery by third parties.
5. Ticket collection/Shipping
5.1. Ticket collection
Unless stated otherwise, the booked tickets must be collected from the Concordia press club offices, Schmerlingplatz 7, 1010 Vienna, during the opening hours provided in the order confirmation.

Tickets are generally shipped to the delivery address provided by registered letter using Österreichischen Post AG at the customer's risk and expense, unless agreed otherwise with the buyer. Any delivery dates given are non-binding.
The Concordia press club reserves the right to stop sending ball tickets by post four weeks before the event date.
6. Delivery/Delivery time
If delivery dates are not met, this shall only entitle the customer to make use of his right of withdrawal if we still do not carry out the delivery in spite of a written request and a two-week extension period.
7. Right of withdrawal
According to Section 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, no right of withdrawal applies to contracts covering leisure-related services. This means that no right of withdrawal applies to the purchase of ball tickets or to services related to the ball such as table or box reservations.
8. General rules and regulations
The following dress code applies according to the festive occasion:
Ladies: exclusively full-length evening gown or gala uniform with full-length skirt
Gentlemen: black tailcoat, black tuxedo, dinner jacket or gala uniform
We reserve the right to refuse entry to the ball to ladies in short or half-length dresses, trousers or suits as well as to gentlemen in day jackets.
